We value our specialists' time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled online consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows are non-refundable.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and necessary hardware (camera/microphone) for the video consultation. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues on the user's end.
